Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in locum accountancy and flexible workforce engagement and for several years operated as a freelance business consultant himself. Andrew leads all commercial and outsourcing teams within Brookson and has responsibility for delivering the strategic growth targets. Andrew oversees all key NHS Trust, recruitment agency and client relationships and is involved in supporting the roll out and management of PSL’s, DE, VMS and product development.
Marc has 10 years experience in accountancy, specialising in the SME sector, with a focus on the set up and provision of back office solutions for a number of businesses including recruitment start-ups. He is the Group Financial Controller for Brookson responsible for the internal finance function.
Udnan is a qualified accountant and has experience of working in the contractor accounting industry for nearly 10 years. His role is to lead the SME Accounting team and provide clients the required bookkeeping and accountancy services for their businesses. With a strong focus on customer service and process implementation he will ensure the service delivery is met.
Graduating with a Business Studies degree in 1995 Christian has gained 20 years business experience, and for several years worked with SMEs to help grow their business. He has worked in business development with Cable & Wireless, British Telecom and ITV Digital. Christian is relationship manager at Brookson, looking after the accountancy and payroll requirements of new SME clients.
Kevin has 15 years experience in the contractor services industry and leads our outsource payroll team, ensuring that they are kept update with current legislation and any system changes. He is responsible for providing accurate and timely payroll data set against strict deadlines as defined by clients. Kevin is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and he has an Advanced Diploma in Payroll Management.
Matt has held various sales management positions for over 20 years within the technology sector. He is responsible for overseeing Brookson’s new business, on-boarding and sales support teams who ensure we help new clients at each stage from providing a comprehensive consultation, through to managing and setting up their business quickly and hassle free.
